In the new window system Ponzio PE 68 We have obtained even better thermal performance comparing with its predecessor.
The system, depending on the type of filling, allows to achieve different variants of Uf factor. The warmest version of the EP system 68HI - Uf is 1.32 W/m2K.
The system has a three-chamber design of the profiles with the so called euro groove. We have used wider, 32mm polyamide spacer, and a modified central gasket with an additional outer gasket. Similarly as in the other window systems (PE 52, PE 60) it is also possibile to use PVC groove fittings.
The tests of our new PE 68 system, for the compliance with the European harmonized standards, has been successfully performed (achieving high performance, such as wind load: class C5 - 2000p, 1200x2400 dimensions of the wing).
