Ponzio SL1700TT is a hybrid sliding door system that combines the features of a sliding door and a parallel action window. Very large sashes with up to 400 kg weight are now possible due to the use of modified hardware with increased load-bearing capacity. The system achieved very good results in air permeability – class 4, watertightness – 1050Pa and resistance to wind load – class C2/B3 during tests carried out by the ITB Building Research Institute.
The sliding door is distinguished by its unique design using parallel action-sliding hardware. Locking along the entire perimeter of the sash ensures even pressure on the seals resulting in exceptional sealing – both for weathering and sound reduction. Intuitive operation ensures faultless functioning.
